Nook's mission is to create an AI powered virtual environment that simulates a real office, with a focus on supporting features and experiences on a salesfloor.

The Opportunity

Reimagine the virtual conferencing space, incorporating features such as meeting rooms with remote listening options, room to room transitions, meeting transcription, presenting, call autodialing, multi-screen sharing as well as sound and haptic experiences that encourage engagement.

What I Did

My focus was on design standards, UX/ UI improvements, qualitative/ quantitative research, data analysis and rapid prototyping.
