Love My Air began in Denver to help reduce air pollution and exposure through public participation, education, and changes in behavior.

The Opportunity
Evaluate the mobile app, website, and communications through qualitative and quantitative research into engagement, usability, air-quality awareness, and opportunities for improvement.

What I Did
Working alongside two UX designers, I developed interview and survey questions, ran research sessions, audited the product, built personas and journey maps, analyzed findings, and prepared the presentation.
