Reduce complex and repetitive shipment documentation and data entry while helping first-time customers experience value sooner.

What I Did

I redesigned the MVP around freemium onboarding and connected shipment, booking, contract, and document workflows, with reusable data, messaging, annotations, and notifications. The team validated requirements and explored concepts in FigJam and Balsamiq.
